Disability And SSI

If you have stopped working and you and your medical team do not foresee you returning to work within 12 months you should be filing your initial application with The Social Security Administration.

This is not an easy Decision...

This is not an easy decision to make, but this is the first step in the process. Once you have decided to file, you will quickly realize how complex, cumbersome, and confusing the filing process can be. This is why it is so important to start this process right, with the right help that knows the process from the inside out. With Dedicated Disability we have the knowledge to help you navigate all of the pitfalls within the claims process and build your case for a favorable outcome.

The process - At the Initial level we will work with you to review your medical information to see if we can meet the standards of the disability program.  We will also collect any and all medical information and work with SSA on all fronts to make sure nothing is missed or overlooked.

Fees and Rates - We are governed by SSA and do not decide on how much we get paid. We work on a contingency basis, meaning, we only get to collect a fee if your case is approved. If we do get your case approved SSA will decide how much that fee is and pay that out of any back benefits you might be due. The formula SSA uses to do this is 25% up to $7,200, whichever is less.
